I don’t bake with it at all. I use it in my oatmeal, plain yogurt, and warm milk. I’m not a coffee drinker and love to flavor my milk with vanilla and sweetener for a morning beverage. I bought it once years ago in Mexico and couldn’t find it again. I was so happy to learn I could buy it here in the states. I’ve told several of my friends about it and we all enjoy it very much. I have been “hooked” on your product for over 10 years and will not use anything else. A friend brought me back a bottle when vacationing in Cabo and I can honestly say your vanilla is the best I have ever baked with. Whenever someone travels to Mexico, I always ask them to bring me back a bottle. The last few friends who went to Mexico were not able to find your vanilla in the stores.
