Kahlua

Ingredients:
3 cups sugar
3 cups water
12 teaspoons instant coffee
2 tablespoons fresh and coarsely ground coffee
3 cups Vodka
1 cup Brandy
6 teaspoons Vera Cruz Vanilla extract

Instructions:
Mix first 4 ingredients, simmer for 2 hours stirring occasionally. Let mixture cool to room temperature then add remaining ingredients and Vera Cruz Vanilla extract. Filter and pour into dark colored bottles. Shake bottle often, every 1-2 days and store in a cool, dark place such as a pantry for 3 months. Enjoy!
